Started with a frustration. Grew into a mission.
Loophole InfoTech began with a familiar scene: a restaurant owner buried under paper order slips at the end of a long night, trying to match bills with a calculator and a fading memory. That moment — repeated in hotels, shops, and cafés all over Kathmandu — was the spark.
We asked a simple question: why should small and growing businesses run blind when software could give them clear eyes? Our first product was built for exactly that. Then came the next one, and the next — each shaped by long conversations with the people who would actually use it, from front-desk staff to kitchen chefs to shop owners.
Today, we're a full software company. We build our own products — HMS for hotels, RMS for restaurants, and our Retail Management System for stores — and we design custom software for businesses whose needs don't fit off-the-shelf tools. Different products, one philosophy: software should make the workday simpler, not more complicated.

Practical Innovation
We love new technology, but we never chase trends for their own sake. Every feature we ship has to earn its place by solving a real problem that a real business feels. If it doesn't save time, prevent loss, or make a decision easier — it doesn't make the cut.
Built Around People
Software is only successful when the people using it actually like it. That's why we design for the cashier on a busy Saturday, the waiter with full hands, and the owner checking numbers from home — not just for a polished demo. Simple screens, clear language, patient training.
Always Improving
Launching is the beginning, not the end. We release updates based on client feedback, fix issues fast, and keep refining until the software feels effortless. Our clients' daily frustrations are our product roadmap — and it's the most honest roadmap we could ask for.
